[Linked in] Apr 14th MSDS : English version of MSDS published by K-OSHA

Hello, today’s post would be about MSDS.
From Jan 16th, 2021, the amended Korea Occupational Safety and Health Act enforced. Do you all are getting used to new MSDS rules started as well?

Lots of overseas manufacturers and importers are focusing on Only Representative (OR), and CBI non-disclosure services, which are the important rules in MSDS.
So the Korea Occupational Safety and Health Agency (K-OSHA) under MoEL published the English version of MSDS leaflet to make it easy to understand to everyone who is interested in Korea chemical regulatory especially about MSDS including overseas manufacturer and importers at April 1st.

Also, with the MSDS website, you could get updates and get more information such as creating MSDS, applying non-closure, etc.
