Safety Assessment Solution Co., Ltd. works in cooperation with the advisory committee composed of the best experts in each field.
As the chemicals and materials of products become more diverse and complex, professional knowledge and new information acquisition are indispensable to evaluate safety. In addition, active research is underway with the demand for alternative test data production techniques using non-test approaches such as Read-across* and QSAR**. Until now, the problem of low reliability cannot be avoided.
We, Safety Assessment Solution Co., Ltd., solve this problem through collaboration with the cooperative advisory committee team.
The advisory committee consists of top experts in each field and
consists of 38 members as of Nov. 2018.
We use the Peer Review Group to enhance the reliability of endpoint interpretation, and in particular,
we are committed to provide the best quality alternative test materials and statement of opinion.
Especially, if you need to prepare registration documents of less than 10 tons in accordance with the Regulations on Registration and Evaluation of Chemical Substances, we can substitute the Hazardous chemical data produced using animals by using the QSAR results In other words, the burden of cost and time required to produce hazardous chemical assessment data can be reduced through non-testing approaches such as QSAR or Read-across.
*Read-across is an approach and data production technology that predicts the activity of a substance
based on chemical structure, mechanism, toxicity and biological similarity.
**Quantitative Structure Activity Relationship (QSAR) is a data production technology that predicts the
structure, physico-chemical properties and toxicity of a substance to be predicted by using quantitative
correlation based on the premise that chemical substances of similar structure have similar
properties.
***As per regulations for omission of submitted chemical substances, animal toxicity datacan be replaced
by utilizing results from QSAR.
