Hello, we would like to share the K-BPR English brochure.

K-BPR stands for ‘Consumer Chemical Products and Biocides Safety Act’. Unlike the K-REACH, there can be confusion due to different regulations and dossier submission systems such as application for approval of biological products after approval of biological substances. Also, the submission of the approval plan by June 30 is approaching, raising interest in regulations on BAS. In response, the Ministry of Environment has published a K-BPR English brochure to help understand the Act on biocides.

The amendments (based on 21.2.5) is also included, so if you need help managing BAS, biocidal products, and biocidal treated articles, download the English version.
