[Linked in] December 20th: Special cases for biocidal product approval under K-BPR

Notice! Your product may be applied to #special_cases for #biocidal_product approval under Article 24 of the #K_BPR.
 
If a BP* meets all the followings (Article 24(1) of the K-BPR), fewer data requirements are applied.
*Biocidal Product
 
The below requirements to meet are:

1. All ASs** in BP are publicly announced to have a low level of risk (Article 12(1)).
2. BP contains none of the followings:
substances of priority control, nanomaterial, and persistent pollutant with hazard or risk.
3. BP has sufficient effect and efficacy, including but not limited to destroying harmful organisms.
4. Personal protective equipment (PPE) is not necessary for handling or using the BP
