[CCA] Performance Report by Handler of Hazardous Chemical Substances

(Article 49) Businesses that handle subject chemicals must submit their annual handling performance through the integrated statistical survey and performance reporting system. Even if there is no performance for the current year, it must be reported as 'no performance'.
