[CCA] Statistical Survey of Chemical Substances

(Article 10) Workplaces that handle chemicals under investigation must submit statistical surveys on their handling status, handling facilities, etc. through the system and submit a statistical survey table or non-target confirmation form.

1. Workplaces with 1-4 types of air/wastewater emission facilities among C, D, and E industries: June 30, 2025

2. establishments that do not fall under 1 of C, D, or E: July 31, 2025

3. Worksites that do not fall under 1 or 2: August 31, 2025
