[Linked in] July 14th K-BPR : K-BPR Efficacy and Effectiveness

Hello, today I will tell you about the guidelines for the efficacy and effectiveness of household chemical products and biocidal products in K-BPR.
According to K-BPR, household chemical products and biocidal products subject to safety confirmation are restricted in labeling and advertisements so as not to cause misunderstandings about their negative effects on human and animal health and the environment.
In June, the guidelines on the labeling of effectiveness & efficacy and the advertisement of household chemical products subject to safety confirmation were announced. The household chemical products will be labeled and advertised based on the evidence of the effectiveness & efficacy when selling or distributing products.
In the case of labeling and advertising the effectiveness of the biocidal active substances in the product, 1. Notify it to the Korea Environmental Research Institute, 2. Get a certificate of the notification, 3. Label and advertise the effectiveness of the product. (At this time, it is labeled and advertised exactly as it is notified.) 4. Afterward, make sure you have fulfilled it properly and take follow-up management. Please refer to the link below for related guidelines and documents.
