[Linked in] September 8th: K-BPR : Approval period for Biocidal product

Hello everyone!

Today, Let's take a look at the biocidal product approval period.

For the approval of a biocidal product, the approval of the biocidal substance must first be approved.
In particular, in the case of manufacturing or importing biocidal products including the existing biocidal substances subject to approval within 2022, approval must be approved within 2024 by K-BPR.

Biocidal products for which product approval has not been completed within the approval grace period are prohibited from manufacturing, imported, sold, and distributed, and are disposed of by regulations such as withdrawal and disposal measures or fines and penalties.
