[동향보고] 중국, 10개 식품접촉물질 승인 입법예고

중국 국가식품안전위험평가센터 (CFSA*)는 지난 8월 26일 식품 접촉 물질에 사용되는 10가지 물질의 승인을 입법예고 하여 9월 16일까지 의견을 받았습니다.

국가위생건강위원회(NHC*) 산하 CFSA는 2개의 새로운 첨가제, 식품접촉물질(FCM**)에 사용되는 3개의 새로운 수지, 그리고 4개의 첨가제와 수지의 확장된 사용에 대하여 입법예고 하였습니다.

아래의 10개 물질 모두 CFSA의 전문가 검토 위원회의 기술 검토를 통과했으며. 이 규정이 승인되면 해당 물질은 국가의 긍정적 목록인 GB 9685-2016에 추가되며 물질이 FCM으로 사용되기 전에 GB 4806.1의 요구 사항을 준수해야 합니다.
